An "EGG"citing weekend!

Friday

 It was Dax's second birthday so we denfinitely started out Easter Weekend partying!  He LOVES Toy Story and especially Buzz!  I thought this was such a cute picture of him figuring out his new toy!

 

Of course, we had to give him SLINK!  How appropriate right?!?

 

Not sure who liked it more, Dax or little miss Mattingly!  What a cutie!

Saturday morning

Meesh and Larry had such a fun day planned for us all!

First, the nieces and nephews did their egg hunt!  All of us "BIG KIDS" got eggs too - filled with money and mini Cadbury Eggs!  Woo Hoo!  I love BOTH!

 

Next, it was time for the classic "Egg On Spoon" relay race!

Then it was time for the Shaheen version of "MINUTE TO WIN IT" Easter style!

The goal: Using the air from the box lid, get all 3 eggs to roll onto the paper

. . .AND HUNTER!  I know you are all shocked right now!  2 GAMES IN A ROW!  That is probably a record for Hunter!  YAY!  Every party DOESN'T have a pooper!  

(And if you could have seen his moves, OH MY!)

 

Next up for "MINUTE TO WIN IT" Picking up cotton balls with your vaseline nose and dropping them into the empty bowl.  As you can guess, it got a little messy so only Larry and Ace participated. (Especially after Ace covered his face in it!  Too bad I didn't get a picture!)

 

The final event - Moving cups from the top to the bottom of the stack.  (Harder than it looks!)

Why - As Larry would say. . . "BECAUSE YOU'VE GOT A MINUTE (pause, pause) TO WIN IT!"

 

On Sunday, Abbee and Mendee made everyone name cards for dinner!  It thought it was SO CUTE that they made one for Daisy!

Well, we officially had a GREAT weekend!  We loved getting together with the whole family, making fools of ourselves, eating such good food, shopping, talking, and laughing!  Thanks Larry and MiShele!  You guys are awesome and made the weekend SO MUCH FUN!
