August - Trip to Salina!
So, I am pretty sure Derek and Harmony would never have traveled all this way just to kick back in Salina, but something happened that kept us from going to the Shaheen Cabin... BOO! Anywho, Derek and Harm decided to stay and play for the weekend anyway!
Harmony was truly amazed at the size of Barrett's (the grocery store) but decided to participate in their 75 year anniversary fun and games! Yes- You heard me! A visitor decided to take the SCAVENGER HUNT CHALLENGE! Obviously, there was no such luck for winning but what a good sport! Here she is cruising up and down the isle looking for her first find!
Harmony was also a big fan of the elk head in the store... never thought about it, kind of random but we are big fans! Ha ha!
Another treasure - Jym's Busted Knuckle Garage AND don't forget the Famous Mom's Cafe behind!

Thanks Derek and Harmony! You definitely helped our not-so-great weekend turn out to be pretty fun! We will have to make future plans for a DEFINITE trip to the Shaheen cabin!

Oh this is cracking me up!! Good OL Salina! This reminds me of our crazy and random trips up there! I think I have a few pics of us in similar poses along the way! Haha Miss you Steph!
