And now here we are at 18.5!
(And just to clarify, the .5 is not me - Ameen and Molly are expecting! I am not pregnant so don't get your hopes up!  Ha ha!)

 

This was the night before we all headed for home on the steps of the beach house.  

We were so lucky to all be together for 7 days of great memories and a lot of fun that we will never forget!

Day 4 - The USS Midway

 

While I spent my day with the flu, staring down one of these...

Hunter went with Larry, Ameen, Kurt, and Dax to the USS Midway. 

 They got thrown in jail...

 And saw some amazing aircrafts.

 

 

They also toured the interior of the ship.  

Apparently, it was full of little hallways, secret passage ways, small doors and many other things that I love!  I was pretty bummed I missed it, but glad Hunter got to go and enjoy.

Oceanside - Day 3

Time for the BEACH!!!

 The kids had tons of fun building sand castles,

 

 and getting soaked by Hunter!  

They also had wake boards and loved riding the waves in!

What a fun day at the beach!

Day 2 - San Diego and La Jolla

Since the Shaheen's LOVE baseball, we all went to a game at PETCO Park!   It was meet the players day on the field before the game so we got lots of pictures and autographs!  We had a BLAST!

Afterwards, we drove to the La Jolla Cove Children's Pool!

Oceanside - Day 1

The Shaheen Family decided to rent a beach house for a week in Oceanside California!

 This was our view from the house to the beach!  Couldn't ask for a better location!

 After we dropped our bags, we were here,

 and here,

 Then walked to here (Ruby's) and ate dinner,

 And hung out here,

 And here,

And saw a few of these!
